What Happens After You Submit
We review your request and respond the next business day — by phone if you prefer a call, by email if written communication is easier. We will ask a few questions about your building and schedule, then send a written scope of work with a fixed monthly price attached.
There is no obligation to proceed, and we do not send unsolicited follow-up after the initial quote. If you want to move forward, you say so. If not, that is the end of the conversation.
What the quote includes: a description of every space to be cleaned, the tasks performed in each space, the frequency, and the total monthly cost. A certificate of insurance is attached.
