Most administrators have had a bad experience with a cleaning company that did something different from what was agreed, or that sent a different crew every week without warning. Here is exactly how we work, written so there are no surprises.
- 1
Initial call or form submission
You tell us the spaces involved, your frequency preference, and any scheduling constraints. This takes 10–15 minutes by phone, or you can submit the quote form and we call you back the next business day.
- 2
Written scope and price
We send a written scope of work listing every space, every task, and the frequency. The price is fixed. There is no verbal estimate followed by a higher invoice. A certificate of insurance is attached.
- 3
Crew assignment
You receive the name of the crew lead assigned to your building before the first clean. We do not rotate unknown crews through faith facilities.
- 4
First clean
The crew arrives at the agreed time with the scope in hand. The first clean is treated as a walkthrough as much as a cleaning visit — we note anything in the building that differs from the written scope and confirm it with you before the second visit.
- 5
30-day check-in
After the first month, we contact you to confirm that the scope is working and that there are no spaces being under-served or over-served. If anything needs adjustment, we update the scope in writing and adjust the price accordingly.
Response-time commitment: quote requests are answered the next business day. Complaints or concerns raised during the contract are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within one cleaning cycle.
What We Do Not Do
We do not send substitutes without advance notice. We do not leave a space uncleaned without calling. We do not invoice for services not in the written scope. If a task needs to be added, we write it up first and get your approval.
